The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general, and inclusive fitness. CrossFit has sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency – not only for the unknown but for the unknowable.
After looking at all sports and physical tasks collectively, CrossFit asked what physical skills and adaptations would most universally lend themselves to performance advantage.
Capacity culled from the intersection of all sports demands would quite logically lend itself well to all sport. In sum, CrossFit’s specialty is not specializing.

This course is intended for you to learn the movements and principles of Crossfit. You will receive more 1-on-1 coaching in the course to get the proper education. This course will not only help you learn, but also make you feel more comfortable before joining one of our bigger classes.
